am: Stub SetWirelessPriorityMode, SetWirelessPriorityMode and GetHdcpAuthenticationState (#3535)
This PR some calls in `am` service:
- ISelfController: SetWirelessPriorityMode, SaveCurrentScreenshot (Partially checked by RE).
- ICommonStateGetter: GetHdcpAuthenticationState

Close #1831 and close #3527
