Apparently fread() writes some junk after the contents of the file. Don't look
at it.

Manuel Pégourié-Gonnard 91bbfb6fb7 Make timing selftest less sensitive 
- allow up to 12.5% security/error margin
- use larger delays
- this avoid the security/error margin being too low

The test used to fail about 1 out of 6 times on some buildbots VMs, but never
failed on the physical machines used for development.

Manuel Pégourié-Gonnard 4b7027a8da Avoid race condition in test 
Apparently openssl s_server does not flush stdout, anyway sometimes the client
receives the reply and exits, thus terminating the test, before is request is
visible on the server's stdout. So, just don't check that, checking the
client's output and exit code is already enough.

Manuel Pégourié-Gonnard fa1304a51d Use Unix line endings in wince_main.c too 
The compiler needs to accept Unix line endings anyway, as this is what we use
everywhere, and it makes things more consistent.
