Grand Theft Auto: Vice City - The Definitive Edition is not playable. This is due to the game having many significant issues, these include but are not limited to:
* Slowdowns
* Black screen
* Temporary Freezes
## Graphics
Game loads to menu with graphics when running Vulkan and without any update, OPENGL has a black screen regardless of whether you have the update applied or not.
