+The game runs somewhat fine in the intro section, there are some minor audio issues and the animated cutscenes do not play, rendering seems to be accurate and it runs at around 25 fps on a R7 1700@4Ghz and a GTX 970 with 16Gb of ram.

+However after getting inside the academy not only the rendering suffers a hit with a random fog everywhere and a black circle that pops in and out randomly and there is a extremely loud and constant crackling noise, performance doesn't exceed 20 fps.
