The current texture coordinates can be updated at any time.
In particular,
<function>glTexCoord</function> can be called between a call to <citerefentry><refentrytitle>glBegin</refentrytitle></citerefentry> and the corresponding
call to <citerefentry><refentrytitle>glEnd</refentrytitle></citerefentry>.
