<function>glMultiDrawElementsBaseVertex</function> is available only if the GL version is 3.1 or greater.

<constant>GL_LINES_ADJACENCY</constant>,
<constant>GL_TRIANGLE_STRIP_ADJACENCY</constant> and
<constant>GL_TRIANGLES_ADJACENCY</constant>
are available only if the GL version is 3.2 or greater.

<constant>GL_INVALID_ENUM</constant> is generated if <parameter>mode</parameter> is not an accepted value.
