the_fiddler 5ff51ba9fe Moved OpenTK.OpenAL to OpenTK.Audio.
Added SoundReader class.
Added OpenTK.Math.Functions.NextPowerOfTwo 
Fixed several AL functions, and added overloads to AL.BufferData.
Added OpenAL wave playback sample.
