Fix incorrect fragment origin when YNegate is enabled (#4673)
* Fix incorrect fragment origin when YNegate is enabled

* Shader cache version bump

* Do not update support buffer if shader does not read gl_FragCoord

* Pass unscaled viewport size to the support buffer
