API stability). Disabling this option makes mbedtls_ssl_get_peer_cert()
always return NULL, and removes the peer_cert field from the
mbedtls_ssl_session structure which otherwise stores the peer's
certificate.

* Fix a compilation issue with mbedtls_ecp_restart_ctx not being defined
