Merge remote-tracking branch 'hanno/sliding_exponentiation_backport-1.3' into mbedtls-1.3
* hanno/sliding_exponentiation_backport-1.3: Adapt ChangeLog Abort modular inversion when modulus is one. Correct sign in modular exponentiation algorithm.
