Ron Eldor 9eeb8611b1 Update certificates to expire in 2029 
Update certificates that expire on 2021, to prolong their validity,
to make tests pass three years ahead.

Hanno Becker 6e1adee42b Regenerate test files 
Previous commits have added or modified build instructions for
server1*, server2*, server5*, test-ca*, cli-rsa* in the Makefile
tests/data_files/Makefile, or the apps they invoke have been changed.

This commit regenerates those files to make sure they are in match with
the build instructions.

Gilles Peskine f040a17604 Added SHA256 test certificates 
With SHA-1 deprecation, we need a few certificates using algorithms in
the default support list. Most tests still use SHA-1 though.

The generation process for the new certificates is recorded in the makefile.
