The first part was centered in overhauling the user interface, as well as modifying and fixing errors in the backend that handled the mapping and detection of controllers. These changes allowed yuzu's implementation of input to behave more closely to the hardware, improved the user experience and also paved the way for the subsequent improvements in the following PRs.
