## Summary

Game currently performs great on most modern hardware. However there are some issues addressed below.

#### In order to have the best possible experience, please follow the instructions below:

* Latest firmware 13.1.0 is required to install game updates.

* Dump and use your firmware-NAND and keys from your console following our [**quickstart guide**](https://yuzu-emu.org/help/quickstart/).

* Use `OpenGL` as your graphics API, the game crashes on wild pokémon encounters and trainer battles if using `Vulkan`.

Some people reported this only happens on NVIDIA cards, awaiting confirmation.

* Latest game update (1.1.1) potentially has less crashes and more stable gameplay.

### Optional

* Game is locked at 30FPS but supports dynamic framerate, you can use `Ctrl + U` to unlock the framerate. VSYNC causes bad framepacing.

* If `GPU Accuracy` is set to "normal", textures and models occasionally flicker. Use `GPU Accuracy` on "high" if you are experiencing issues. However, this comes at a performance cost.
