The game runs at a locked 60fps as well after the Shader Decompiler Rewrite [#6585](https://github.com/yuzu-emu/yuzu/pull/6585)
Hardware used for testing at 60fps:
Ryzen 3 3100
RX 480 4gb
16gb 3200mhz
