Expand the Turn Off Background Processes toggle (menu option 9) to a
Chris Titus Tech style optimization pack: 42 services (adds diagsvc,
TapiSrv), 22 privacy/performance registry tweaks, 15 telemetry
scheduled tasks disabled, High Performance power plan - all saved to
the state file for exact restore. Rewrite proc_restore/proc_view with
full-line parsing so task paths with spaces survive round trips.
Fix edition change always reporting failure: the DISM API block fell
through to its error path after a successful Restart-Computer; it now
exits 0 on success. Add pre-flight validation that refuses in-place
edition changes Windows does not support, surface DISM/CBS errors
instead of swallowing them, add CloudEdition/CloudEditionN targets
with an irreversibility warning, drop Home editions from target lists,
and remove three services not present on current builds.
Live-verified on Windows 10 build 29648 with two full OFF->ON->OFF
round trips.
