parallels	61f334f3f5	Delay VisualInfo construction (fixes #17) ... In OpenTK 1.1, GraphicsMode queries the platform for a mode id lazily. Removed OpenTK.Platform.Utilities.IsIdle. Removed obsolete methods from OpenTK.Platform.Utilities.
