the_fiddler	2d4b962d2c	Renamed internal BindingsBase.LoadAll/Load methods to LoadEntryPoints/LoadEntryPoint, in order to avoid name clashes with the static GL.LoadAll() method. ... Added GraphicsContext() constructor that takes an existing, valid OpenGL context.
