audin: Implement IAudioInManager ListAudioIns (#1419)

* audin: Implement IAudioInManager ListAudioIns

This implement some calls of IAudioInManager:
- ListAudioIns
- ListAudioInsAuto
- ListAudioInsAutoFiltered

Accordingly to RE.
