Added SDL_GLcontextFlags enumeration.
The SDL_GLcontextFlags enumeration contains the values that are used in the SDL_GL_SetAttribute(SDL_GL_CONTEXT_FLAGS, ...). This is required for enabling the debug or robustness OpenGL profiles.
