	* parser/gapi_parser.pl : kill.
	* parser/gapi2-parser.in : invoke via $(RUNTIME).
	* parser/Makefile.am : build rework for C# parser driver.
	* sources/Makefile.am : use $(RUNTIME) to invoke new parser assm.
