* gconf/Makefile.in, sample/Makefile.in: Use $(MAKE) not "make."
* parser/Makefile.in: Use CFLAGS and CPPFLAGS hints from configure,
and the base dependency CFLAGS. Fixes case where iconv.h is outside
of the compiler's default path.
