* gtk/Gtk.metadata : add move-node rules for Paint methods.
	* gtk/gtk-api.xml : regenerated
	* parser/gapi2xml.pl : put paint_ methods in global, not Paint.
	* parser/gapi-fixup.cs : add move-node rule handling. [Fixes #47980]
