Luigi's Mansion 3 is playable up to a certain point.

Issues:

• The newest version of the game(1.4.0) CANNOT be booted, base(v0) version is HIGHLY recommended.
• The game runs smoothly with 60FPS patch until you enter bigger rooms, the FPS can go down to 50FPS

Additional notes

In order to use the Async GPU feature for performance, you currently need to use the Disable Dynamic Resolution mod. Does not work with update higher than 1.1.0.
